[PRCo] Route 5 Derail

The route 5 derail was on the west rail in Itin St., about 150 ft. north of
Concord St. In trolley days - which ended in October, 1957 - the Concord
St. rail was still exposed in the pavement just a few feet from the route 5
rail.
