Concord St. runs west from Itin St. to Madison Avenue, which was the
outbound single-track line on route 10 from North Avenue to East St. until
route 10 was abandoned in September, 1965.
North Avenue is a block south of Concord St. - both streets are east-west
and do not intersect. It's possible that decades ago Madison Ave. had 2-way
traffic and allowed Concord St. to connect with North Ave. via Madison Ave.
Or maybe the map implied that Concord St. connected to Madison Ave.
outbound - a way for route 5 trolleys to get to East St., Perrysville Ave.
and Keating C.B. (although route 5 trolleys were based at Plummer St. C.B.
until it closed).
