A blinker door is one with two leaves that work like the eyelids  --  
ALL  PRCo PCCs had this type of door!

Folding doors are usually hinged together and  *most*  Philly PCCs were 
this way.

Yes, originally the tens and 11s had a short anticlimber but PRCo 
retrofitted many, but not all, to the wider variety.
