  I have seen this before. If you go to that "Timepoints"
article that Matt sent, you'll see a couple more articles as well. 
The author was unimpressed with the PCC cars and said that the
ride was so rough that he would not ride it again.
  I only lost power for 31 hours due to Hurricane Jeanne. We were
once again lucky here in NE Florida.
