Perhaps Mr. Veysey was taking notes as he was riding. He may have made a
note about Sawmill Run while riding over the Overbrook section (perhaps
while his car was passing a Low Floor Car) and he simply made a mistake when
putting the notes to use as he wrote his article. Maybe somebody made a
reference to a Low Floor as they were crossing Sawmill Run Boulevard.

Just a remote possibility. I remember when somebody on the old
trolleycars.com message board confused Chicago's "Blue Geese" with the
"Galloping Goose" bus-train sets and those, in turn, being confused with
"Doodlebug" motor cars.
