[PRCo] patURLs

As shown below, the list of URLs come through but I get the following 
when clicking on each one:

"""The Connection Was Refused When Attempting To Contact 
lists.dementia.org."""

Assuming Derrick is still doing some fine tuning and that the URLs will 
be active later.
