[PRCo] Re: Trolleys busy in Kenosha

Lots of shopping centers and houses have been built along the highway from 
Kenosha to I-94, but there's still open land at the I-94 end, although 
that's also the sites of the dog track and the Kenosha airport.

The dog track is the main reason for extending the trolley line west of 
Kenosha, not the development happening along the highway, but I'm not sure 
how much trolley traffic would be generated by people downtown going to the 
dog track, and people at the dog track going downtown.  I believe that the 
people at each end of the line have different interests.
