Here is a little more info:::::::

It was a shop car that made a wrong turn...obviously a very wrong turn.

The shop guy was [operating] the PCC II car, he was very new on the 
job.       He made a wrong turn, and was trying to get back where he 
should have been.   He missed the switch and hit the route 10 trolley.
