I suppose I need to put my two cents in here, since I've known John longer
than most of you (including Fred!). In fact, it was John who introduced me
to Fred 30-some years ago.
Definite congratulations are in order...PennDOT should have done something
like this years ago. John's abilities are well-known to anyone who has ever
taken the time to listen (remember the Gulf War? He was responsible for
shipping everything over there and getting it back).
Now if he delays retirement, does that also mean he delays coming to PTM as
an operator??!!

Six months, four days, three hours and 46 minutes, BUT WHO'S COUNTING
(:>)
But seriously, life has this strange habit of never quite working out the
way I thought it would. Maybe just as well, as things also seem to have a
habit of working out better then I would have thought. There is much to be
thankful about.
And thank you, Fred, for the kind comments.
Have a happy - and safe holiday
John
p.s. Correction: make that 41 minutes <g>
