I once had a brick from the Brick Throw which was held in 1958. The brick
was actually made of styrofoam. Rege crowned "Miss Brick Throw" who was a
student at Duquesne University.
I believe that KDKA Radio was on the 2nd or 4th floor of the Grant Bldg.
They moved to Gateway Center before the first time I was in the Grant Bldg.
to visit the B&O City Ticket Office in 1958.
KDKA-TV was in the Chamber of Commerce Bldg. from 1949 to around 1952 when
they too moved to Gateway Center.
