Looking at the E-Bay listing, it appears it is a guy from Irwin who has been 
selling poor quality shots of a WP car, scanned and mailed in a non protected 
envelope.  As you can see I bit on one of his auctions.
The ERA photo CD on the "Pittsburgh Region" is almost all 
Pittsburgh, with some Johnstown and West Penn (briefly) on the tape.  A few 
Harmony Line shots finish it off.  Pittsburgh if probably 85% PCC mostly from 
the late 50's with other eras too.
Some rebuilt shots from the 70's and I think 2 or 3 LRV's.  
Some low floor shots are included.  

Johnstown is organized by car number but the  WP coverage is too limited.  I 
have seen a few of the Pittsburgh shots in publications over the years.

Sad, but there is no Wheeling Co-Operative photos as is usually the case.
