Yes.       Adult, Senior, and Student monthly and Adult weekly passes 
are good on cables without extra fare.       *Presume*  at this point 
that this will remain constant if and when the new fare increases are 
effective.       People boarding cables with transfers pay extra  --  
don't know how much.

The  *Passport*  fares sold to tourists are  Scratchers  where the month 
and days of usage are scratched off by the purchaser  --  these come in 
3-, 5-, 7-day varieties for example  (might actually be a different 
combination of days but you get the point.)       Dividing the cost by 
number of days would reveal a daily cost considerably higher than that 
for the Fast Pass on the basis that tourists would potentially be on and 
off more equipment than the average commuter.       So when you come to 
SF, compare the cost of the Adult weekly pass with the Passports and 
decide which would work better for you  --  an Adult weekly could work 
out to be less expensive even if you don't stay a full 7-days.
