[PRCo] Brady Street Bridge accident

The Brady Street Bridge demolition accident happened on May 23, 1978 - within the time frame estimated in my recent post.  
Also the name of the injured worker was confirmed - Ralph Winner.  

And the structure was also called  the 22nd Street Bridge.
