Nowhere  In  Particular.

Extremely limited space here.

Layout has a main purpose unrelated to any prototype but will hint at 
Pgh; secondary purpose is to test DCC and computer control.       
*Maybe*  some day in the future a  *Selective__Compression*  of South 
Hills with emphasis on Interurbans  --  Charleroi // Washington.

A prototype city block can easily be 500-600--Feet curb to curb Not 
Including The Streets!!!       To model a City Rectangular Block with 
4-streets and at least false front buildings on the outer edges in 1.48 
could take up 8-Feet by 16-Feet.       The street itself could be 1-foot 
wide Not Including Sidewalks.       Few people have the luxury of this 
kind of space.        Many model Entire Systems in less space than this.

Thus the Overall Picture or, to borrow some computer terms, The Look And 
Feel of the prototype is desired in the model.        A model railroad 
in Any Scale will contain Much that is not to scale!
