It's already too much like a job, Jim!!
Seriously, I could do twice as much paid work for a client I already have if
I were interested in the money. What I do pays for an office and buys
occasional things needed to provide high quality consulting work...like Mac
G5s, negative and slide scanners, digital SLR cameras, 6-color inkjet
printers, copy machines, etc., etc. It's purely coincidental that all these
things have multiple applications, of course.
I don't want to be full-time anything! I enjoy the variety of staying
active in numerous activities...but everything occasionally gets too intense
doing it that way, too. Seems this year I'm always chasing airplanes, with
at least four trips still in the works.
But if PTM could afford one (we can't), I do know who I'd boost for the
position!
Ed

Good Morning!
Thank You, Ray -- extremely valuable contribution to the list -- You
Have Been Doing Your Homework!!!
*-Personally-* THE Archives Department of PTM is The Most Important
department -- way above equipment restoration. Since the Museum
has a full-time, paid director, maybe the same is needed for archives
-- AND maybe we can persuade someone to take Full-Time retirement from
current job to assume job as Archive Director!!!!!!! I won't
mention any names, Ed, but you should know who I mean!!!!!!! :-D
The Archives Department is where I like to designate any financial
support as well.
