PTM salaries are blended from a variety of funding sources. Education is
pretty specific; the others come out of the farebox or from things that are
called "General Operating Support" grants. Car work, of course, is done on
a contract basis.

Understand the job angle -- like to joke with the passengers and when

Since laying groundwork for any *employee* of the museum is tedious at
best, No Time Like The Present to make suggestions for an archivist
I-F you feel this would really be beneficial. Maybe it could be a
temporary // part-time position to get organized with an eye to scaling
back work hours as progress is made with current material. How is
the position of Director currently funded? Is grant money usable
for salaries?
