San Francisco didn't have cut-off governors on the PCCs  --  We could 
really get them rolling inbound downhill in Twin Peaks Tunnel where we 
easily had over a 1-mile run  --  as long as the power pedal was 
depressed that car had power  --  strong brake spotting when the power 
released!!
