John,

The CTA items are in the used bookstore which is in a streamlined Milwaukee
Road baggage car.  The new bookstore and gift shops are in two C&NW baggage
cars located in a different part of the museum grounds.

I don't know if they routinely accept mail orders from the used bookstore,
so I will call the store manager and ask.  I'll let you know if you can
place a mail order, or if I can help get it for you.
