I can endorse the concept of visiting Bob's model of South Hills Jct. It
was on display again at East Penn last Saturday and is better than ever!

Mark might also find the Delaware River at Stroudsburg!

Mark:

Be sure to check out your destination before heading for Stroudsburg PA.
All that is there is Interstate 80 and East Stroudsburg State
University. If it is railroad stuff you want go to Strasburg in
Lancaster County for the Strasburg RR and PA RR Museum. If you are
heading east from there you're welcome to stop by and visit South Hills
Junction as it was. Let me know.

Bob

Thanks for those links Fred. I'm sad that i couldn't be there
but I plan to come up in about 5 weeks. I met a friend down here in
Jacksonville who is from Donora. Jerry is a railfan just like myself
and recently joined PTM as a member.
We are both excited about our trip and plan to visit a few more
places(Stroudsburg for one). I'm hoping that one of you guys will
be around to give Jerry the grand tour of the interurban lines.
He remembers them and rode the Donora cars frequently.
I'm trying to get him on our e-mail list. What must he do to join
us? We will be leaving Jacksonville bright and early on June 18th and
should be there sometime Sunday(Father's Day the 19th). I sure hope
someone can give us the tour again and I'm looking forward to seeing
all the PTM cars without tarps.
Fred- a visit to Max's is a must!
