[PRCo] administrivia: list problem, hopefully not really a problem

In the course of normal maintenance on my currently-overburdened 
mailserver I managed to screw up the list of users for this and a couple 
other lists. I pulled in an old copy and replayed the log of subscriptions 
and unsubscriptions. It should be right. It's conceivable that I missed 
setting some addresses "vacation" again so if you start getting mail on an 
address which you told me to stop it on, tell me and I'll fix it.
