Lettuce see  --  2" = 1/6th Foot.        One "O"-Scale foot = 1/4".

1/6 X 1/4" == 1/24"

Will the restoration of PTM 4398 Keep This Sag -- or will it be
eliminated????

As you say -- """impossible to make a [scale-model] Pittsburgh
low-floor properly sag at the ends""" so why lament that the models
don't portray this -- IF it could be seen?!?!?!
