If your not in a funny mood, just go ahead an delete....

I stopped after church for a steak sandwich.   Having no one to talk  
to, I brought along a copy of the Pittsburgh Magazine that just  
happened to be in the car.   I was reading a piece on what might it  
be like if the French still controlled western Pennsylvania.  For one  
thing, the author pointed out that there would only be two rivers  
instead of three, with what we call the Monongahela just being a  
tributary to the other one.   About that time the waitress came with  
my soda.

Well, you know how it is to try to multi-task as we get older.   I  
was in the French frame of mind at that point.   I couldn't think  
whether to say "thank you" or "merci."

And then I get home and there was a animated e-mail cartoon from  
Frank Pfuhler about a new virus for senior citizens ... causes us to  
send messages before we are finished writing them, to delete instead  
of send, to send when we should delete, to send to the wrong  
person ... it was called the "c-nile virus."

So go ahead an remember those days when you could do two things at  
once, but please, not while you're smoking or frying an egg.
