I'm not absolutely certain about the County Fair dates, but am inclined to
believe that it was NOT July.  I've never heard anything but Labor Day week
for this event.

Joe's information on items he sells is not always complete or correct.  But
he would not always be in a position to know that.

We know this location as turning from Grant to Liberty but More
Interesting is the date of July-1948 which suggests that the County Fair
was held in conjunction with July-4 or thereafter.       In the mid to
latter 1950s the Fair was around Labor Day.       Is it true that the
Fair in the 1940s was in July?

and Water aside the original B&O station!!!
