[PRCo] Question About Donora fares

A few days ago, Jerry inquired about fares in and around Donora.  I had a
few extra minutes this morning and extracted the following:
Tariff Date    Zone Fare    D - B.D.    B.D.-Pgh.

1-5-48            .06                .12            .72
11-23-49        .07                .14            .84
9-10-51          .08                .16            .96

In July 1952, PRCo proposed fares that would have increased those numbers to
.10, .20 and 1.20 respectively, but the tariff was stayed by Commonwealth
Court at the request of the fine folks running the City of Pittsburgh, and
did not become effective until 10-18-53, after the interurbans were
abandoned.
