I can understand the  *-Confusion,-*  Derrick,  but also recognize your 
comments were strictly specific to the situation you mentioned in 
Braddock.       I sometimes have problems separating out the specific 
and general when people talk about transit drivers / operators.       
Maybe as Ken reflects on this he will have a change of heart and 
return.       That is the nice part about any action  --  we can always 
change our mind!!!
