Reading further the article states that *-electrification-* of
Overbrook began in October--1908, 97--years Ago(!!), and the first
operation of Interurbans along Overbrook was 1909.07.15.

If construction of the Brookline connection began with electrification
of Overbrook, it Might Be Assumed that operation from Overbrook into
Brookline started not long after Overbrook operation began. How
"""some...years""" above is interpreted would give us a closing date,
but It Would Seem that operation via Overbrook into Brookline took place
only in the Teens with an outside chance that it still operated into the
early 1920s.
