The comparison would be bus/auto via the Liberty Tubes and downtown traffic 
circulation -vs- Overbrook and the 'par-three' LRT subway,  not the West 
Liberty ramp and trolley tunnel.  And there would be no need for loop at 
Pioneer.  Do-able??  yes;   likely??  no.
