NOTE  on  http://www.pa-trolley.org/Roster/PRC1711.htm  that the maximum 
speed is listed as 47-mph  --  this  *-lends-*  some credence to the 
highly contentious discussion Not Long Back led by Boris about shunt 
circuits on drawings for  ALL  1700-series PRCo PCCs that would give 
modestly higher speeds  --  believe about 30- cars of the 1601-series 
had similar shunt potential.
