Okay, I've heard from two people whose judgment carries enormous weight and who 
have well-founded complaints about Beal's volume 1. And I know that the 
McKeesport book disappointed many. Anybody out there who thinks that these - 
and, as a matter of faith, Pgh vol.2 - are worth having?  

If they are just photo studies, I reckon I'll pass. If more than that, I do 
want to give serious thought to buying them. After all, the CERA West Penn book 
has been thoroughly panned also but I'd not want to be without it.

Of course, if the PRM treatise on PRCo is imminent, I want to start saving my 
money for that. Not getting any younger, though ....
