Mark, I don't have a functioning scanner, but if you'd like a copy of my copy, 
then send me your snail mail address privately.

This particular sheet (4) extends from Mount Washington Park on the southwest 
to the approach to the Panhandle Bridge on the northeast, from Bigham & 
Sycamore on the northwest to Eureka Street east of Estrella Avenue on the 
southeast.
