Nothing before the all-electrics in 1947. But it is all in the
book PCC The Car that Fought Back by Steve Carlson and Fred
Schneider. They occasionally turn up in the used book market for
around $60 to $70. More detail in PCC From Coast to Coast by the
same two characters ... price for used copies might be about the same
even though there were only 2/3rds as many copies printed.
