Track would not be usable after 40-50--years  --  would need to be rebuilt.

Anything possible but doesn't seem probable  --  where does the 
equipment come from?

Some local Burger Politico  (mayoral candidate??)  has proposed to put  
**-New--StreetCars-*  in running out Forbes or Fifth or some such - 
maybe North Side as well.
