Aunt still living there (Donoa)states that with the new Mon Valley Expressway that runs just west of Monongahela, Donora and Charleroi that Yuppies and coming into the valley and getting some of the older nice homes "Cheap" and restoring them, and the commute is not bad back into Pgh.
I understand taxes are alot less in Washington Cty than in Allegheny.
