Ninety-nine times out of one hundred a disabled car would be in front.
Not too often you could do it the easy way and "pull" the bad car back
to S.H.Jct. It was very dangerous pushing through the crowded downtown
Pgh streets. I did it several times and was always glad when that chore
was finished safely.
