Yes  --  This  Has  Been  Discussed  Here  Before    ----    it's in 
Noah's Ark-(Ives)  of this list    ----    Derrick  Himself  has 
recognized that this has been a problem    ----    some may not 
remember    ----    just like some bringing up same topics and questions 
about PRCo as they themselves have discussed before    ----    simple 
forgetfulness.
