As recently pointed out - there was a reason that West Penn and PRC went to
orange paint. But that would require an interest in the history of the
transit industry (slander intended - and not just the transit industry)

Concerning the camouflage PCC, suspect the Army offered money, and those in
PAT management forgot to say - "not the best idea."

Speaking about safety - how about replacing PRC red and white with PAT gray
and white??? Now there's a safety upgrade (:>)

During Harold's tenure at PAT, generally only the white band was 'sold' for
advertising purposes. Also, the mod colors were a great improvement from
PAT gray - both for safety and P.R. purposes.

With another apology for the usual biased opinion.
