[PRCo] Location?

 Here are a couple photos I got off the internet. I saved just because
the bottom photo puzzles me. I have no idea where this is located.
The photo isn't that great and I can't read the sign on the car.
 Top photo is the Smith stop on the Overbrook line I believe. I don't
see too many from this angle. Usually looking north but this one looks
south. The bottom photo is driving me crazy. Maybe you guys can read
the headsign and are able to narrow it down.
