Here are a couple photos.......
Truck under 1613 exhibits details you mentioned about same the other day.

Truck under 1614 near end of Wash County Interurban service not unlike 
production B3 from what can be seen.       Have a photo somewhere that I 
believe is summer of 1946 showing the trucks for 1614 slightly and the 
supports for the track brake springs are arched ala the B3 experimental 
under the 12s.
