Can we prove that  1946.05.20   I-S   Precise  as compared to 
1946.05.xx?       N-O!!       Mistake could be made when initially 
recording the date or when transcribing same later  --  full or 
incomplete dates.       You know we have a photo of 100 dated   
<1936>    ----    with a 1200 sitting behind it!!!
