We need to remember that, while we all grew up with the B2 as a  
standard except for limited use of the B3 in such places as  
Pittsburgh and under the Chicago spam cans, the B3 was more or less  
standard in Europe and was probably the only truck made in eastern  
Europe.   This is important to Boris because he is studying the  
research program that resulted in the PCC truck used in every city in  
the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Poland, East Germany.   And  
that's important ... if you have nothing else to do.   <BG>
