Don't know Actual Routing  --  those are just a listing of routes covered.

Yes, 13 was at Manchester.       That's why I say it would make sense to 
have another leg to the loop so cars pulling out of Keating to Emsworth 
for AM rush could loop here.       They could still do that but it 
requires a backing move and a backup onto the street.
