Don't know about analysis, but there are two RTA cars sitting in a
fenced enclosure a mile or so east of Brookville, along with a dozen
or so PCCs. The New Orleans cars don't look bad but I'm told they
were both completely or nearly completely submerged and are in bad
shape inside.
