Early schedule alternated Pittsburgh trips between Donora and Charleroi 
branches.  Later (maybe at early date) all cars routed to Charleroi, and 
Donora operated as the shuttle.  Unequal length of branches probably 
produced operating/scheduling inefficiencies .
