I'm told that the only language anywhere that is related to Hungarian is
Finnish.

1) "dalnicni znamka" (exactly "dálnicní známka", but I am not sure what
happens with some Czech fonts on the electronic way to you); you should get
it at the border on the Czech side at the customs or at each post office and
also at some firms concentrated on various sorts of automobile service
6) Who knows! Hungarian is a language which has absolutely nothing with
other languages in our part of Europe.
