I'll have to look for Drake and WJ snow photos.
In the meantime, attached is another photo that I took that snowy day (Jan. 
8, 1976) at the Brookside stop on 36-Drake.

The attached photo, however, was taken around 8AM as I was hurrying to catch 
the 1710 inbound to downtown.
