I happen to have taken that photo on the January, 2006 page of the calendar. 
I can still hear (or not hear) the silence of that scene as the trolley ran 
downgrade through the snow.

More than on one day over the years I drove along the 21 line in up to 12" 
of snow looking for photo opportunities.
I don't remember 21-Fineview being closed by snow - at least post-1950 - but 
it's possible that there were closures.
