All Caps on the Inet and esp in email generally means one is 
shouting.       While that may be your trademark, I do not see the need 
for it here.

I expanded on that by indicating that Each Barn would have priorities so 
many lines would be cleared as #1 priority simultaneously  --  saying 
the exact same thing you are.       If North Side cleared 8, 6, 13 first 
then South Hills might go for 53, 38, 42 Interurbans in that 
order.       Homewood, as you mention, would go for the Discretionary 
lines like 82 first.       Hard to say for Craft but certainly the 
throats of Fifth and Forbes would be important and Second Ave for Glenwood.

I understand that higher passenger volume lines would be cleared first 
In Each Barn.
