[PRCo] PAT 1976 Ex-PRC 1603

What happened to PAT PCC 1976 which was formerly PRC 1603?
I know that it was a modified PCC car (which, I believe had prior to 
that, been in an accident) made to look like a modern light rail 
vehicle, with headlights and even turn signals.    I was never on the 
car, but I think it had florescent interior lighting, like a bus.   Was 
air conditioning a feature?
