I think this one's out along I-70 in Ohio, part of the Ron Jedlicka fleet of rust.

that, been in an accident) made to look like a modern light rail 
vehicle, with headlights and even turn signals.    I was never on the 
car, but I think it had florescent interior lighting, like a bus.   Was 
air conditioning a feature?
