[PRCo] Millvale

Just skimming some websites and came across this one with some recent 
shots of Millvale.

In the following photograph, the red block pavement contains streetcar 
tracks that once carried routes 2 Etna and 3 Millvale.   The area is now 
not used as East Ohio Street, but as a parking lot for the small 
businesses there.   East Ohio was apparently moved further out once the 
State took over the right of way and the area where the Millvale Car 
House was, across the street from this.
